Overview

Humans have been fascinated with space exploration for decades. We built giant rockets to launch people to the moon and created satellites to gather data from the vacuum of space.

In December 2020, we even had a Japanese satellite/spacecraft return from gathering a surface sample from an asteroid.

I mean, who doesn’t like spaceships and the romantic notion of exploring the endless universe!?

We have created comics, cartoons, movies and toys based on the space genre.

There are countless number of people who like the popular Star Wars franchise, some who lean more towards Star Trek and some that prefer Star Gate.

It does not really matter what your preference is, space and the unknown will be a part of humanity for a long time to come.

General opinions/analysis

The packaging is compact but is large enough to make you feel like you are getting a decent set for the price. I believe the primary blue colour complements the space theme and graphics nicely.

I found that the three elements (spaceship, satellite and astronaut) work together very well. It is a small set but has very good playability.

The satellite folds up and can be packed away in the back of the spaceship.

You can fit the astronaut minifigure in the spaceship a few different ways (sitting and lying down). I discovered that by taking off the backpack and placing it towards the back of the cockpit with the minifigure in front seems to work well.
