LEGO City Street Sweeper 60249

As the world population increases, our cities expand and our use of resources grow.

With each new generation, the commercial aspect of our societies also increases, this results in creation of large amount of waste.

Everyone wants to live in a clean environment, that is the reason why people have created various ways of helping to achieve this. Some of the things we have invented are cleaning tools, filters, purifiers, machinery, vehicles and recycling facilities.

We cannot ignore the constant accumulation of things which results in more waste, in turn this causes continuous harm to nature. I am sure that no one want’s to eat a fish full of plastic or drink water filled with chemicals.

The box is compact but is big enough to make it feel like you are getting a decent set for the price. I believe the primary blue colour complements the white and green vehicle nicely.

I found that the small set has very good playability because it comes with a few small extras like the bin, tools and a banana.

The flap/door on the back of the sweeper is hinged and can be opened to hide small pieces.

You can fit the worker minifigure in the street sweeper vehicle by removing the roof. This is my only issue with the design, it is not a deal breaker but would be easier to use if roof was hinged.

It is a great small LEGO set with good playability. I highly recommend getting the LEGO City Street Sweeper 60249 set, especially because of the important message it represents.
